Scaffolding Ringlock system is evolved from Layher. That system include standard, ledger, diagonal brace, intermediate transom, steel plank, steel access deck, steel straight ladder, lattice girder, bracket, stair, base collar, toe board, wall tie, access gate, base jack, U head jack etc.
As a modular system, ringlock can be the most advanced, safe, quick scaffolding system. All materials are high tensile steel with anti-rust surface. all parts connected very stable. And ringlock system also can be assembled for different projects and spreadly use for shipyard, tank, bridge, oil and gas, channel, subway, airport,music stage and stadium grandstand etc. almost can be used for any construction.

Scaffolding Ringlock Standard Vertical
Honestly, Scaffolding Ringlock is evolved from the layher scaffolding. and The standard are main parts of scaffolding ringlock system.
Ringlock standard pole is composed of three parts: steel tube, ring disk and spigot. According to client’s requirements, we can produce different diamter, thickness, type and length standard.
For example, the steel tube, we have 48mm diameter and 60mm diameter. normal thickness 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.25mm, 4.0mm etc. Length range from 0.5m to 4m.
until now, we already have many different type rosette, and also can open new mould for your design.
For spigot, we also have three types: spigot with bolt and nut, point pressure spigot and extrusion spigot.
From our raw materials to finished goods, we all have very strict quality controlling and all Our ringlock scaffolding passed the test report of EN12810&EN12811, BS1139 standard.

Scaffolding Ringlock Ledger Horizontal
Scaffolding Ringlock Ledger is the very important part for ringlock system to connect standards.
The ledger length normally that is the distance of the central of two standards. Common length is 0.39m, 0.73m, 10.9m, 1.4m, 1.57m, 2.07m, 2.57m, 3.07m etc. According to requirements, we also can produce other different length.
Ringlock Ledger is welded by two ledger heads along two sides, and fixed by lock wedge pin to connect rosette on the Standards. It is made by OD48mm and OD42mm steel pipe . Althought it is not the main part to bear the capacity, it is a indispensable part of ringlock sytem.
For Ledger head, From the appearance, we have many types. also can produce as your designed. From the perspective of technology, we have wax mould one and sand mounld one.

Scaffolding U Head Jack
Steel Scaffolding Screw Jack also have scaffolding U head Jack that is used in top side for scaffolding system, in order to support Beam. also be Adjustable. consist of screw bar, U head plate and nut. some also will be welded triangle bar to make U Head more stronger to support heavy load capacity.
U head jacks mostly use solid and hollow one, just usded in engineering construction scaffolding, bridge construction scaffolding,especially used with modular scaffoling system like ringlock scaffolding system, cuplock system, kwikstage scaffolding etc.
They are play the role of top and bottom support.

Ringlock Scaffolding Diagonal Brace
Ringlock scaffolding diagonal brace usually made by scaffolding tube OD48.3mm and OD42mm or 33.5mm, which is riveting with diagonal brace head. It connected the two rosettes of different horizontal line of two ringock standards to make a triangle structure, and generated the diagonal tensile stress makes the whole system more stable and firm.

Ringlock Scaffolding U Ledger
Ringlock scaffolding U Ledger is a another part of ringlock system, it has special function different from O ledger and the usage can be same as U ledger, it is made by U structural steel and welded by ledger heads at two sides. It is usually placed for puting the steel plank with U hooks. It is used in European all round scaffolding system mostly.
